How much does the Godrej Modular Kitchen Cost?
What is the Godrej Modular Kitchen price per square feet?
How much will the price be for my Kitchen?
Cost-wise how do we compare with other brand modular kitchens?
My budget is low. Will I be able to afford Godrej Modular Kitchen?
Let’s cover the first two questions first.
Cost of the Kitchen
Q. How much does the modular kitchen cost?
Price Varies to a great extent: It is very difficult to answer this question. The modular kitchen is not an over the counter buying product. It is a customized solution based on the user choice and space available. Hence, the price varies to a large extent for the same of kitchen. However, we will try to bring as much clarity as possible.
The price variation can be better understood with an example given below:
Suppose you want to build a home on 4000 sft of land. The cost of the home built on the same area of land will vary significantly depending on the choice of the house owner, isn’t it? But you can have a rough range, depending on the no. of floors required. Even this price will vary depending on your choice of materials, design of the home, kind of workers employed etc.
In kitchen similarly there are many variables. There are variety of doors, fittings, cabinet accessories, carcass handles and Dado’s to choose from. Depending on the choice the price can increase more than 2-3 times for the similar external looking kitchen.
Price Range: The average price range of the modular kitchen that gets sold in our territory varies from ₹ 75,000 to ₹ 8,00,000. The Godrej Modular Kitchens have been sold at a price ranging from ₹60,000 to ₹76,00,000 in Indian market scenario.
Price on the basis of size: To give an idea on the price of the Godrej modular kitchen on the basis of area, we are giving an indicative price for the basic model as on April’23 below:
Kitchen size: 8′ x 6′ : Rs. 90000 +Taxes *
Kitchen Size: 15′ x 10′ : Rs. 2,20,000 + taxes*
For more clarity, it is advisable to visit our showroom or call our representative. After the discussion, understanding your needs and requirement, measuring your site dimensions and doing site survey, we can answer the price related query in a better way.
Q. What is the modular Kitchen Cost per square feet?
This is another common question that we come across, which is again difficult to answer.
As a buyer this may seem a smart way to compare the price of various kitchens offered by different vendors.
But, there are too many variables to be considered before you can compare the price per sft. The kind of fitting accessories used, the type of carcass, the type of cabinets and drawers with stainless accessories, the kind of door used etc.
Without considering the variable factors the above question always leads to poor quality selection by user. As this question invariably shifts the focus to price instead of quality.
This is same as asking price for making home on a piece of land of given size, without considering the variable parameters on which the cost of making the home will depend.
As a user we don’t want cheapest product, we want good value for money, a kitchen that lasts, a kitchen that looks good, that improves work efficiency, isn’t it?
When the seller gives square feet rate then his focus then his focus shifts to reducing costs obviously at the cost of quality or work efficiency or elegance and beauty of the kitchen, which is what you don’t want.
Godrej Modular Kitchen is never sold on a per square feet basis due to this reason and is the wrong question to ask in our opinion.
Q. How do Godrej Kitchen compare with other brand modular kitchens?
01. PRICE: Godrej Modular Kitchens are costlier to local carpenter made kitchens by around 25% to 30%. They are at par in price to most of the branded kitchen furniture. .
