About Partners:
Vinoy Agarwalla (B.Com Hons):
He has a business experience of more than 35 years, entering into business with ‘Steel Furniture & Allied Industries’. His father established this business, in the year 1960 manufacturing steel furniture. He expanded the business further with wooden furniture manufacturing and interior designing.
In 1990, he expanded the business by opening a new firm named ‘Capricorn Associates’ where he started the distribution of Zuari furniture into entire Jharkhand.
In 2006, he further expanded into the current firm ‘Horizon’. He has been looking after B2C and B2B division of Godrej Furniture. He has bagged several large orders in B2B division of Godrej interio division.
Vikas Agarwalla (AICWA, B.Com Hons):
He is a cost accountant turned businessman with business experience of 30 years in diversified products. He also entered into the family business of Furniture manufacturing in the firm Steel Furniture & Allied Industries.
In 1990, in Capricorn Associates, he expanded the business into Office Automation. Later he pioneered to become the first firm to introduce Computer Systems, Communication Systems, and Mobile connectivity in Dhanbad and nearby areas, with substantial growth in business.
In 2006, the new firm Horizon, he along with the marketing of Godrej Interior division, he added the Security & Surveillance solutions, Rooftop solar solutions, and lighting solutions in due course of time.
Both the partners, being own brothers have jointly done all the ventures. Their approach has been that Mr. Vinoy Agarwalla, has focused on the expansion of the furniture division, and Vikas Agarwalla, has focused on the new ventures.

It was established in the year 2006 with the furniture division of Godrej.
Business Growth: We have been consistently growing, and have won several awards from our principals.
Infrastructure:
We are having a separate office and showroom for managing all activities unhindered. Presently we are having two Retail Showrooms in Dhanbad at Saraidhella and Dhansar, measuring 3500 sq ft and 2500 sq ft respectively

- Godrej Interio Division B2B Division: In this division, we offer solutions and products related to Furniture requirements related to Office, Hospital, and Laboratory.
- Godrej Interio B2C Division: In this division, we offer Furniture products related to a Home.
- Godrej Interio Kitchen Division: In this division, we design the modular kitchen layouts as per customer choice, available space and install the finalized designs in the home.
- Godrej Storage Solutions Division:Â In this division, we design and implement racking and storage solutions for big warehouses.
- Godrej Security Solutions B2B Division: In this division, we design and offer solutions and products related to Physical and Electronic Security-related requirements of Banking, Corporates & Institutions.
- Godrej Security Solutions B2C Division: In this division, we offer products related to the security and surveillance of Homes.
- Godrej Vending Division: In this division, we sell tea, coffee vending machines and vending consumables.
- Signify Innovations India Ltd.: We deal in Phillips Lighting solutions related to B2B solutions.
- Tata Solar Rooftop Solutions: We deal in rooftop solar Generators of Tata Power division.
